Discover Villa Arion, our charming turret-style Maisonette featuring 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. This traditional stone-built Villa spans two floors, offering private bathrooms for both bedrooms.
The first floor hosts the Master Bedroom, boasting a double bed, en suite bathroom, and a balcony showcasing breathtaking sea vistas. Ascend to the second floor to find the Twin bedroom with two single beds, private bathroom, exposed wooden beam ceiling, and a window offering mesmerising sea views that stretch endlessly!
On the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area and cozy fireplace (for winter escapes or remote working opportunities*) awaits!. You’ll also find a convenient WC with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop stove, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, coffee maker (for filter coffee and Dolce Gusto espresso capsules), liquidiser and various cooking utensils.
Step through the French doors onto the verandah and admire our stunning vistas! Embrace outdoor living, with a spacious outdoor lounge area, outdoor dining table, sun beds, outdoor shower and mobile coal BBQ. An inviting space for relaxation and rejuvenation!

- The Villa can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- Minimum stay for Low and Mid season: 3 nights
- Minimum stay for High and Peak season: 5 nights
- Please respect the guests of the neighbouring Villas at all times.
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- This property doesn’t offer extra beds.
- Check in from 15:00 and on. Check out before 10:00.
- No parties permitted unless the entire complex is reserved by one group. Inquire for events like weddings or small celebrations.
- Our manager is there to help you with your every need, while maintaining a discreet presence.
- Loud music is strictly forbidden throughout the day.
- Quiet hours start at 23:00 and finish at 8:00.
- A car is essential for our Villas.
- We can provide baby cots and high chairs or an extra folding bed for a small child.
- We can pre-stock your Villa if you need us to.
- A thorough cleaning is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Intermediate housekeeping during the stay is not included by default, in order to respect guests’ privacy and maintain a quiet, uninterrupted experience.
- Additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged upon request, at an extra cost.
- Ask us for our extra services such as massage, private chef, boat rental, airport transfer, photography mini shoot, etc (subject to availability).
- We get free delivery of goods from restaurants and grocery stores from the nearby Village of Nikiana, up to your Villas’ door.
