Villa Aethra offers a versatile layout, comprising of two separate spaces, always rented as one unit. A Maisonette with 2 bedrooms and an Apartment with 1 bedroom. This charming Villa accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably.

The Aethra Maisonette, adorned in a charming traditional Ionian yellow hue, features two bedrooms on its upper floor, while the ground level unveils a living room, spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus another bathroom. The upper floor’s Master Bedroom and Twin Bedroom boast en suite bathrooms and private balconies with stunning sea vistas end exposed beam ceilings.

The lower floor extends a welcoming ambiance with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bench, dining table, fireplace (for winter escapes or remote working opportunities*), and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is furnished with modern amenities — oven, ceramic top stoves, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, liquidiser, coffee maker (for filter coffee and Dolce Gusto espresso capsules), and complete cooking utensils.

Nestled below the Maisonette, the Aethra Apartment, accessed through an outdoor staircase and private entrance behind stone alcoves, offers spacious quarters including a Master Bedroom with a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. The large open-plan lounge-kitchen area features a built-in living room setting convertible into 2 single beds. This versatile space accommodates 2 additional guests comfortably in proper bed mattresses. The Apartment’s well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with another washing machine cater to modern needs, ensuring a seamless stay.

Throughout the property, modern conveniences abound — air conditioning in all rooms, Starlink satellite Wi-Fi, Flat TV with Satellite channels, DVD player, offering a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for your stay.

Each bedroom has its own en suite private bathroom and there are two more off the lounge both in the Maisonette and in the Apartment.

Maisonette and Apartment have their own indoor dining tables. There is also another big dining table with chairs by the pool that can accommodate up to 10, to enjoy your gatherings with our breathtaking sea views!

• The Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests
• Minimum stay for Low and Mid season: 3 nights
• Minimum stay for High and Peak season: 5 nights
• Please respect the guests of the neighbouring Villas at all times.
• Children of all ages are welcome.
• This property doesn’t offer extra beds.
• Check in from 15:00 and on. Check out before 10:00.
• No parties permitted unless the entire complex is reserved by one group. Inquire for events like weddings or small celebrations.
• Our manager is there to help you with your every need, while maintaining a discreet presence.
• Loud music is strictly forbidden throughout the day.
• Quiet hours start at 23:00 and finish at 8:00.
• A car is essential for our Villas.
• We can provide baby cots and high chairs or an extra folding bed for a small child.
• We can pre-stock your Villa if you need us to.
• A thorough cleaning is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Intermediate housekeeping during the stay is not included by default, in order to respect guests’ privacy and maintain a quiet, uninterrupted experience.
• Additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged upon request, at an extra cost.
• Ask us for our extra services such as massage, private chef, boat rental, airport transfer, photography mini shoot, etc (subject to availability).
• We get free delivery of goods from restaurants and grocery stores from the nearby Village of Nikiana, up to your Villas’ door.
