The cancellation policy depends on when a cancellation is made:

If cancellation is effected 90 days prior to the arrival, deposit is refunded to the client.
If cancellation is effected between 45 to 90 days prior to the date of arrival, the 30% of the advanced payment will be refunded.
If cancellation is effected after the lapse of 45 days prior to the date of arrival or never arrive, there is no refund.
