Villa Asteria is our 4 bedroom Villa. It consists of a Maisonette (2 bedrooms), an Apartment (1 bedroom) and a studio for 2 (1 bedroom). It can sleep a total of 12 people (10 in beds, 8 of them in bedrooms and 2 in a double sofa-bed).

Asteria Maisonette, with its characteristic red color, has got two bedrooms on the first floor, and a large open plan kitchen lounge area on the ground floor. The Master Bedroom (with four poster bed) and the Twin Bedroom on the upper floor have got en suite bathrooms with bath tub, exposed beam ceilings, and their own private balcony with magnificent sea views. There is also a long balcony running along the front of the lower floor where one can enjoy the spectacular view down the valley to the village of Nikiana and all the way out to the Ionian Sea and beyond to the mainland. The ground floor has a comfortable seating area with a sofa that can be pulled out into a double bed, kitchen, dining table, fire place and a third bathroom with shower and a large washing mashine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you would need on your holiday such as oven, ceramic top stoves, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, liquidizer, coffee maker, cooking utensils etc.

Asteria Apartment is directly below Asteria Maisonette at the private pool level, behind the stone alcoves with its own private entrance. The Apartment is very spacious with one Master Bedroom with a four poster bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub and a large open plan lounge-kitchen area with dining space. There is also a double sofa bed and two Twin beds in the common space of the Apartment that can sleep 2 to 4 more people. The kitchen of the Apartment is also fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you would need on your holiday such as oven, ceramic top stoves, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, liquidizer, coffee maker, cooking utensils etc plus there is a bathroom on the common space with shower and a small washing machine. The bedroom has got its own exit through a French door, to the pool level and en suite bathroom.

Asteria Studio (sleeps 2 persons) is at the private pool level as well, next door to Asteria Apartment with its own private entrance. The studio is large with a double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, dining table, plus a kitchen. It is located at the private pool level as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you would need on your holiday such as full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, liquidizer, coffee maker, cooking utensils etc. Just in front of the entrance of the studio, under a large olive tree, there is a romantic small table for a morning coffee with view of the pool, the sea and the mountains.

Throughout the property there is Air Conditioning in all the rooms, Wi-Fi internet connection, Flat TV with Satellite channels, DVD player, Radio, CD and MP3 player.

Each bedroom has its own en suite private bathroom and there are two more off the lounge both in the villa and in the apartment.

Dining 

Villa, Apartment and Studio have their own dining tables which can be moved outside or put together to form a large table to seat up to 12. There is also another big dining table with chairs next to the pool, for breakfast or lunch with breathtaking views or a romantic dinner under the stars in the warm summer nights of Lefkada!
